Returns
Our policy last for 30days which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must present your issue to us within 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds if 30 days have passed since you received your item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be faulty or broken. You must return the item in order to receive a refund.
We do not accept the reason of customer doesn't like the lights anymore. If in this case, customer will need to responsible for the cost of return to our china warehouse.
In some cases of damages, we may be able to exchange your item or send replacement parts.

The goods arrived in 3 weeks in Yekaterinburg. Delivery brought the goods up to my apartment. Assembly and installation were quite simple. The chandelier looks very beautiful and unusual.

So, one link was not fixed and poured out. It's good that we didn't need a full-length chandelier and we just removed this link. Thank you.
Arrived faster than the specified time frame, securely packed. The chandelier itself is delight and very bright. In the evening, it is good enough for lighting 30 m2. For my 2m bar table, 1.5 m size just fit perfectly.
